The most important thing for God

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR GOD

“For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16 NLT).

1. TAKE CARE AND DISCIPLE THE NEW PEOPLE.  It’s not just winning souls, but disciplining them. Teach them the word of God, take them to a retreat and to the school of success so they can form character, to help them find their purpose in Christ.

“Care for the flock that God has entrusted to you. Watch over it willingly, not grudgingly—not for what you will get out of it, but because you are eager to serve God” (1 Peter 5:2 NLT).

2. SANCTIFY THE VETERAN’S IN THE CHURCH. It’s everyone’s own responsibility to keep their house full (temple of the Holy Spirit), in prayer, seeking the Presence of God, reading his word daily, serving, and living in the fear of God.

» When an impure spirit comes out of a person, it goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. 44 Then it says, ‘I will return to the house I left.

’ When it arrives, it finds the house unoccupied, swept clean and put in order. Then it goes and takes with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there. And the final condition of that person is worse than the first. That is how it will be with this wicked generation.(Matthew 12:43-45 NLT).

3. PREACH TO THOSE WHO ARE YET NOT IN CHURCH. God is being patient with us so that we can win those souls without Christ. We need to be the mouth of Jesus, lend him our body, to be able to depopulate hell.

“The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent” (2 Peter 3:9 NLT)

Think about it:

How long has it been since you have won a soul for Christ? Who will you invite to church this week? What new person are you going to start disciplining as someone did with you? Do you know of a brother in Christ who is derailing and who you can exhort with love and with the word of God? How have you maintained your home?
