WHERE DO WE RUN WHEN WE ARE THREATENED?
Where do we run when we are threatened by a situation or a person?
Who do we speak to when we are going through difficulties?
David went to God’s prophet.
He didn’t run away and go on vacation.
He didn’t run to the bar or club.
He knew that his spiritual father, the man of God had a word of wisdom.
He knew that with the prophet, God would be on his side.
He knew that with Prophet Samuel he would have protection, provision, and destiny.
Let’s make an effort to be close to a man or woman who has God’s support.
Think about it:
Where do you find refuge when you feel threatened?
Who do you run to when you go through difficult moments?
What person do you think you can run to that would have a word from God for you during difficult moments?
