What a wise, old person does

WHAT A WISE, OLD PERSON DOES

When David was an old man, he appointed his son Solomon to be king over Israel. (1 Chronicles 23:1 NLT)

1. David was old because of the many days he had lived up to that point. He grew old, but because of time. There are young people that have aged because of the attitude they have towards life.

2. He did. He didn’t go through life without doing anything important. The wise, old person does great things with his or her life.

…he appointed his son Solomon to be king over Israel. (1 Chronicles 23:1 NLT)

3. The wise, old person is prepared and leaves behind a legacy.
The wise, old person makes every person a king (successful leader) in their spiritual, family, social, and financial lives.
What are we doing with our days?
We do not need to wait to be old. Let’s begin to do great things now that we are wise young people.

When David was an old man, he appointed his son Solomon to be king over Israel. (1 Chronicles 23:1 NLT)

Think about it:

What attitude do you have towards life?
What great things has God called you to do?
What are you doing with your days?
What legacy are you leaving for your generations?
