GOD WANTED A FAMILY

 So now you Gentiles are no longer strangers and foreigners. You are citizens along with all of God’s holy people. You are members of God’s family. Eph. 2:19 NLT

Here are three more things about your spiritual family.

1. You were not able to choose the last name you were born with; you weren’t given the choice to choose your biological family, but you can choose your spiritual family. Look for a good church with biblical foundations and practices, and join your spiritual family.

2. Your spiritual family will last more than your physical family on earth; whether we live eighty to a hundred and twenty years in this body, we will still be with the Lord and his family forever.

3. What does God’s family do while they’re on earth? They demonstrate the good works that come from God.

For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10 NIV
