A leader like Ezekiel

A LEADER LIKE EZEKIEL

Five characteristics of a good leader:

1. They are hard-working people.

2. They fix situations that represent problems.


3. They build.
They are not afraid of starting new projects.

4. They delegate authority. 

They organize multitudes and empower people so they can carry out great projects.

He appointed military officers over the people and assembled them before him in the square at the city gate. (2 Chronicles 32: 6a NLT)

5. They provide encouragement.
They constantly inspire others to believe in themselves, to fight for their dreams, and not give up.

Then Hezekiah encouraged them by saying:  “Be strong and courageous! Don’t be afraid or discouraged(2 Chronicles 32:6-7 NLT)
