Sometimes you have to cry in private

SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO CRY IN PRIVATE

Occasions will come in which you will need to cry privately and then continue with your responsibilities.

Times will come when not everyone will understand your pain. Go and cry privately, wash your face and then continue your daily work.

The husband gives security to the wife when after crying together he regains his composure, refocuses the vision for the family, and then says: “Let’s move forward. Everything will be fine.”

After washing his face, he came back out, keeping himself under control. Then he ordered, “Bring out the food! (Gen 43: 30-31 NLT)

How do you believe crying privately would help you?
What benefits are there in knowing how to control your emotions?
