THE MIRACLE THAT GOD IS ABOUT TO DO
In these difficult times we all want and hope to receive the miracles of God for our lives. He is going to do them, but in order to receive them there are conditions:
Our part: (Joel 2:12-13 NLT)…The Lord says:
- Come back to me now, while there is time.
- Give me yourheart.
- Come with fasting, crying and mourning.
- Do not tear your clothes in your pain but tear your hearts.
- Return to the LORD your God, for he is merciful and compassionate, slow to anger and full of inexhaustible love. He iseagerto desist and not to punish.
God’s part: (Joel 2:21-30 NLT)
Do not be afraid, land of Judah;be glad and rejoice.Surely the Lord has done great things! Be glad, people of Zion, rejoice in the Lord your God!
- For the rain that He sends demonstrates his faithfulness. The autumn rains will return, as well as the spring rains.
- The LORD says, “I will give you back what you lost because of the aphid, the grasshopper, the locust and the caterpillar …
- You will again have all the food you desire, and you will praise the LORD your God, who performs these miracles for you. My people will never again be ashamed. Then they will know that I am in the midst of my people Israel, that I am the LORD their God, and that there is no other … Then, after doingall those things:
- I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
- Your sons and daughters will prophesy.
- Yourelderswillhave dreams
- Your youth will have visions.
- In those days I will pour out my Spirit even on servants, men and women alike, and I will do wonders in heaven and on earth: blood, fire, and pillars of smoke.
Think about it:
Have you turned to the Lord or have you turned away from Him in these times of crisis?
Have you already given your heart to God?
What are you waiting to recover?
Which of all these miracles do you want to receive?
