No one was in condition to lead

NO ONE WAS IN CONDITION TO LEAD

…Ahaziah was given a decent burial, because…, “He was the grandson of Jehoshaphat—a man who sought the Lord with all his heart.” But none of the surviving members of Ahaziah’s family was capable of ruling the kingdom.. (2 Chronicles 22:9 NLT)

The most important thing is not to achieve success, but that it continues after we die.

It’s not as impacting to achieve something great, as it is to achieve something transcending.

It’s not as satisfying to have been a good leader, as to have formed other leaders to continue the mission.

God’s vision is too big for a single man or a single generation.

The mission that God has entrusted to us needs several generations and therefore, we must prepare successors who will continue and can continue to lead and govern.

Ahaziah was given a decent burial, because…, “He was the grandson of Jehoshaphat—a man who sought the Lord with all his heart.” But none of the surviving members of Ahaziah’s family was capable of ruling the kingdom.. (2 Chronicles 22:9 NLT)

Think about it:

How are you ensuring that God’s mission transcends after you?

Are you multiplying yourself in others?

Are you preparing your children in such a way that they are in a position to lead?
