Blessing is subject to obedience

BLESSING IS SUBJECT TO OBEDIENCE

“Remind the people of Judah and Jerusalem about the terms of my covenant with them. (Jeremiah 11:2 NLT)

There are promises that are fulfilled when he who receives them fulfills the conditions.

There are benefits that depend on the obedience of those who want such benefits.

For Example:

  • I can have a healthy body if I exercise and have good eating habits.
  • I will be able to move in God’s anointing in the long run if I keep myself in holiness.
  • I will have healthy finances, and nothing will be lacking if I practice the 10-10-80, if I use a budget and I am a good steward of what God has entrusted to me.
  • I will have a healthy family if …
  • Etc.

4 For I said to your ancestors when I brought them out of the iron-smelting furnace of Egypt, “If you obey me and do whatever I command you, then you will be my people, and I will be your God.” 5 I said this so I could keep my promise to your ancestors to give you a land flowing with milk and honey—the land you live in today.’”. (Jeremiah 11:4-5 NLT)

Think about it:

What promise from God are you waiting for?
What are the conditions to obey for God to fulfill that promise in your life?
What changes do you have to make to see different results?
