HIS PURPOSE IN YOU
The Lord will perfect that which concerns me;
Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever;
Do not forsake the works of Your hands. (Psalms 138:8 NKJV)
Today when reading this passage God reminded me and reaffirmed some things:
- It doesn’t matter that all has been shaken, God’ s Purpose for my life remains firm even in the pandemic. Even Though things have changed, His purpose hasn’t changed.
The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever; Do not forsake the works of Your hands. (Psalms 138:8 NKJV)
- God will fulfill His purpose in me despite the obstacles of the pandemic.
- I am still in a process. The pandemic may have caused delays, but I haven’t been eliminated, I am just still in the process. That process is continued by God.
And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns. (Phillipians 1:6 NLT)
He WAS the origin of my purpose.
He IS who continues working until I fulfill that purpose.
He will fulfill his purpose in me.
Think about it:
Do you know what is God’s purpose for your life?
Do you think He is still perfecting His work in you?
Despite the pandemic, are you still in God’s purpose?
