When the leader has intimacy with God

WHEN THE LEADER HAS INTIMACY WITH GOD

Then Moses and Aaron went into the Tabernacle, and when they came back out, they blessed the people again, and the glory of the Lord appeared to the whole community. (Leviticus 9:23 NLT)

This is one of the greatest privileges that we leaders in the church have, being able to represent the people before God and being able to be a blessing to the people.

The blessing doesn’t come from the leader but from God.
The leader is only an instrument that prays and receives the anointing and a word from
God that they can impart to His people.
But the key is: The leader must have intimacy with God.

1.- Moses and Aaron entered the tabernacle. Then Moses and Aaron went into the Tabernacle,”. (Leviticus 9:23 NLT)
That is where we meet with God. That is where we cultivate a closeness with Him. It’s in intimacy and prayer where we win the victories.

2.- While leaving they blessed the people. “when they came back out, they blessed the people. (Lev. 9:23). Our privilege is to serve and be a blessing to other people. It’s very satisfying to live to be a blessing to others.

3.- And the glory of God manifestedand the glory of the Lord appeared to the whole community ”. (Leviticus 9:23 NLT)
When the leader and the people have intimacy with God, that’s when miracles are experienced.

4.- When the leader gives the glory to the Lord, the people also surrender to God. “Fire blazed forth from the Lord’s presence and consumed the burnt offering and the fat on the altar. When the people saw this, they shouted with joy and fell face down on the ground.”. (Lev. 9:24 NLT)

Think about it:

Has God given you the privilege of being a leader?
Do you seek to be intimate with God on a daily basis so that you can bring a Word of blessing to the people God has entrusted to you?
What miracles have you experienced by doing it?
What is the greatest satisfaction you have had in being a blessing to others?
