Nothing is considered learned

NOTHING IS CONSIDERED LEARNED
UNTIL IT IS PRACTICED

“Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: (Matthew 7:24 NKJV)

“Hears these sayings of Mine, and does them”
Here we can see that the wise man is not only he who just listens, but he who does what he hears.

It ‘s not enough to read many books or listen to the sunday teachings in church. This doesn’t mean we’re learning, that only means that we are putting information into the brain.

Knowledge in the brain without action is only information. But when the learning gows from the head to the heart, then it turns into action.
The heart transforms, our actions change, our marriage is enriched, we are better spouses, better parents, better workers, etc.

That way our faith will be stronger and we will be able to overcome the storms of life.

…and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. (Matthew 7:25 NKJV)

Think about it:

Do you only have information in your brain or has what you’ve learned gone from your brain into your heart and been put into action?
What do you need to put into practice?
In what areas have you improved because of what you have learned?
How has what you have learned helped your faith in overcoming a crisis?
