What does it mean to be obsessed with something?
It’s having an idea, a person, or a fixed image constantly in the mind and difficult to remove.
We can give our full attention, our strength and our youth to evil, or we can decide to dedicate ourselves to a good cause in this life.

Obsession requires all your attention.
Obsession requires focus. It causes some other things to be ignored.
Obsession takes effort.
The obsession with something wrong produces disease.

How does someone obsessed with money act?
They don’t care if they do illegal things, they sell their life to the devil, they participate in witchcraft, they are frequently thinking on how to make more, they breathe, eat and sleep money.

How does someone obsessed with the love of God and people act?
They think, breathe, eat and sleep thinking of God and people.
I declare that I have the mind of Christ, and therefore I seek the things from above and not those below. I focus on eternal things and not temporal things.
