TO HONOR GOD
“And now the Lord has fulfilled the promise he made…I have built this Temple to honor the name of the Lord, the God of Israel. (2 Chronicles 6:10 NLT)
Solomon spoke about his recent accomplishments:
– He was the King now.
– He had constructed a beautiful temple for God.
But he was giving God the credit.

Who prayed for me in the past and caused God to bless me like David did with his son Solomon?
Who do we give the honor to when we have some victories?
I have built this Temple to honor the name of the Lord, the God of Israel. (2 Chronicles 6:10 NLT)
Lord thank you for all your blessings throughout the years. You have allowed us to have certain accomplishments, but I will not forget that it is all thanks to you.
Make my will work in perfect harmony with yours and that everything I do
be it to honor you.

Who have you given the glory to for them?
Who have you testified to of what God has done in your life?
