I can’t beat God in giving

I CAN’T BEAT GOD IN GIVING

“King Solomon gave the queen of Sheba whatever she asked for—gifts of greater value than the gifts she had given him. Then she and all her attendants returned to their own land. (2 Chronicles 9:12 NLT)

In reading this passage I see that queen Sheba was the first one to bring gifts to king Solomon; but as she left, she harvested more than what she sowed, since king Solomon gave her much more than what he received.

“King Solomon gave the queen of Sheba whatever she asked for—gifts of greater value than the gifts she had given him…. (2 Chronicles 9:12)

Now in my era, it makes me think of King Jesus.
When it comes to giving, I can’t beat King Jesus.
I realize that when I give to God, he always returns it in a greater measure.

“Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. …” (Luke 6:38 KJV)

I realize that when I give my tithes to God, He always surprises me with open heavens.

Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and try Me now in this,” Says the LORD of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it. (Mal. 3:10 NKJV)

Think about it:

In what way has God surprised you?
Are you generous with God and with the people?
Has God given you more than what you have given?
