WHAT AM I SOWING?
According to this verse, I can reap good things from good seeds and bad things from bad seeds.
For a moment I was a little worried when I thought that in my life I have sown both types of seeds.
I have spread kindness, but I have also (rarely) treated others with anger, without kindness.
I have sown a lot of patience, but also occasionally a little impatience.
1. Lord, forgive me for the seeds of flesh that I have sown. In the name of Jesus I declare that they wither at the roots like the fig tree that you cursed, and that those bad seeds will not produce crops.
2. Lord, help me be self-aware of what I do each day. Help me to sow many more good seeds.
3. Lord, don’t forget all the good seeds that my family and I have sown throughout this life, and that we continue to do so.
Think about it:
What good crops will you reap according to what you have sown?
What bad seeds have you sown?
What type of seeds do you need to start sowing?
